All orders are shipped via Canada Post, Fed Ex, and Loomis (Best Way for customers with Accounts) or pickup at our warehouse if that was selected at checkout. Typical orders will ship within on the order day or one business day of being ordered. We currently only ship to Canada.
Returns & Replacements (Please contact us before returning any items)
We will accept returns within 15 days as long as they are not marked "final or clearance sale", not used and all original tags are still in place and returned with the item. Returns must be shipped back to us at your cost. All refunds are posted to your credit card or Paypal accounts within 48 hours after we receive them less the original shipping costs.
Ordering & indemnification
By placing an order, you are forming a legally binding contract with DNA Data Direct (DNA Data Networking and Cable Ltd. ) for products and you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions listed on this page. If you are placing this order in the name of a company, you must be legally authorized to place this order for the company.
Payment, Pricing, Taxes & Promotions
For online orders we accept VISA, MasterCard and Paypal. On occasion, our credit card processor and paypal may mark an item hold for review but our system will advise you of the delay. While we work to rectify the problem, sometimes our processor may advise us to cancel the order due to fraud or other concerns. PO’s issued will only apply to Customers who have filed out an application, been approved, have an account number issued by our Accounts Receivable (A/R) department and or already have an account that are in good standing with our A/R department. Please note by selecting PO or On account without setting up an account will delay your order. All Canadian orders are subject to GST. All British Columbia orders are subject to PST, unless you are PST exempt and you have provided Data networking and Cable Ltd. with your PST number at customer sign-up. USA Clients do not pay taxes. All promotions and discount codes end at midnight Pacific (PST) on the day they expire. We reserve the right to reverse any promotional code that was entered into our system after the promotional expiration date.
You may review your order status at anytime by logging into your account or by clicking the order link in the confirmation email you received at the time of your order. Orders that were made as a guest at time of check out may not have access to all the information to your order. Please contact customer service if you require more information.
Updating Account Information
Please keep your account, billing address and shipping address up-to-date by logging into your account. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect shipping addresses.
